So far so good! My family orders contacts and glasses here few years now. Everyone we met at this location was friendly and helpful, especially Abul at reception (tall guy with black curly hair). Whatever questions or concerns my family had - every one was addressed with high level of professionalism and no delay. Good work, team!
I have been patient of Dr. Marsala’s for years. She is professional and thorough. I always looked forward to my visit and loved the staff. They too have been there for years. This year none of the support staff work there any more. I miss the personal touch and comraderie. They were a large part of my experience and the practice.

Excellent customer service and prompt, compassionate care! The front desk team is exceptionally professional and kind. I saw Dr. Weirich. She provided wonderful service.
