All the staff were so kind. I felt I didn’t spend a lot of time waiting and didn’t have a long wait to get an appointment. They value your time and don’t keep you waiting long. The check in process was made super easy. Hands down best dermatology office around! I actually felt like they care about the quality of care their patients receive.
I had a visit with Mackenzie yesterday and she is amazing! I had been to another derm in Bloomington a couple weeks back to have a skin tag and mole looked at and removed and to have some other spots looked at. The other dermatologist acted like I was wasting his time and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Normally that's a good thing, but when it comes to skin cancer, I'd rather someone take their time.
