I have been to Optima Dermatology 3 times and every time I have had a wonderful experience. The ladies on the phone and at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful as are the girls the greet you to prep you for your appointment. Chelsea Mccraine has been my provider and I couldn't be more happy! She makes every visit a joy and I'm so pleased with the results. I will be going back and I am happy to recommend this practice.

My PCP suggested that I get a second opinion from another dermatologist…she suggested Optima it was local an convenient ..I made an appointment within a week I saw a doctor… The office was bright clean cheerful all of the staff was very helpful ..check-in was simple an I was seen by the doctor at the time that was scheduled… It was not a rush appointment she gave me plenty of time to explain my issues ..
