We received a great plan of care for our son! His eczema quickly improved after our visit. There was an issue with billing. After speaking with someone in the office that was very unhelpful and receiving a second bill, we called again and spoke to someone very helpful and the issue was resolved. We would choose Optima again.

Update: Their customer support team never contacted me. I called and paid the bill today to avoid possible collection efforts. I would love for someone to actually contact me to discuss what I was billed twice. I do not recommend the office at all. Beware of the billing department! I was seen as a cash payment patient as I had no health insurance at the time. I was quoted and paid a price at the time of service. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill 6 months later.
