Unfortunately I was sent to these buffoons by the VA for Outpatient Community Care. I went in for a broken tooth and a cracked tooth. The buffoons didn't do a periodontal screening with the appointment, as per needed by the VA for screening., So after review by the VA, my care was denied. PATIENTS BEWARE READ THIS!!!I went to Optima Dental in Jan 2021 my provider was Hilliary Hawkins. She performed a filling on a wisdom tooth. Her horrible work and the terrible follow up of this establishment has caused me the very worst year of my life . Her poor dental skills caused an abscess on my wisdom tooth that was not found for 8.5 months. I came in complaining of neuralgia and pain on my left side and Optima dental sent me to a surgeon to say my implant was failing and had it removed which was not the problem. By th... read more
Wonderful visit with the Dentist and his Dental Tech Brianna, they definitely understand what I want and have submitted the plan to TriWest for approval. I feel very happy with the Dentist and his assistant Mykala (sp) as they make me feel very comfortable as they do their job fixing my dental issues!!!
The patient service has been friendly and personal. And I have been pleased with the quality of the cleanings to crown work performed. I have no present reservations in recommending Optima Dental to others.
