First time. Love the staff, so pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. Felt just a tiny rushed in accepting the procedure but was provided financial plans, companies to review & help with options to pay for cost of procedure.
Everyone that I interacted with was so kind and friendly! The explanation of the process was thorough. The offering of financial assistance was very helpful.
I have had a wonderful experience at Optima. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Dr. Owens is very patient with my questions. Every step of the way has been explained and been made easy. I would recommend Optima and Dr. Evans to anyone needing an implant.
I’ve had dental work here twice. The staff is beyond awesome!!! The first time I was scared out of my mind to have the level of dental work I needed to have. But from the first phone call all the way to my last visit, they were nothing but kind, compassionate, friendly, caring and professional!
