In a world where online reviews are often used just to air grievances, I want to take a moment to do the opposite. I have lived at The Aston for several years now, and while the front office is great, the Facilities Engineering and Facilities Care teams are the true heartbeat of this building. We’ve lived at the Aston since 2020 and can truly say it’s the best building downtown. The staff (concierge, maintenance, janitorial team) have become family. The apartments are spacious and the amenities can’t be beat. The new manager has created more community events that enhance the experience. The one downside is we’ve moved 3x over our time here due to random rent increases and other apartments being randomly less. Outside of the Graystar red tape, we love the Aston!

Absolutely loved our time at the Aston. From management, to front desk, to maintenance, everyone has been supportive, kind, and accommodating in our experience. Really going to miss our living here, the amenities, views, and location. Thank you to everyone who made our chapter here enjoyable and supported us along the way!
