Daniel and his team did an absolutely first class job, from the moment we handed him the structural engineers plans, through to the end result. They cleaned the place thoroughly to minimise the amount of dust as the job progressed every evening. 100% recommended and we will definitely use Optima builders again when we have further work.
Daniel and his team carried out extensive work in my new home in early 2011. There were 4 chimney breasts in the house which were completely removed and the entire house was replastered and redecorated. When we purchased the house it had a very old boiler behind the fireplace which needed replacing. Daniel installed a new megaflow boiler system and moved the boiler into the kitchen. Daniel did an amazing job building us a new porch and a few other jobs that needed doing on our house. The porch looks really smart. Daniel gave us very helpful advice and his work was good value for money.
Daniel was involved in doing some structural changes in my home. We took down a major external structural wall and installed new bifold doors. The entire work area was also fully plastered. Daniel was extremely helpful and professional. His team worked hard to make the changes we requested. Daniel and his team recently removed an internal structural wall, blocked up an existing external door, and installed a new French door. Great communication and very responsive to messages, even on weekends. His team are incredibly hard working and completed work to a high standard, ahead of expected time. They also cleaned the site each day before leaving. Quote was competitive and we finished on budget. We would definitely highly recommend Optima builders.
