Great customer service and friendly staff
Weird place. When you walk in they just stare at you and follow you. I only came in because my husband wanted some styling gel. Some man was following me like I was gonna steal something from this place pls I shop at Sephora not at Roosevelt ave.
Optima has GREAT customer service! I love the loyalty program they have and the diversity on brands and products.
