Horrible --- never had my best interest in mind-- the MA's are terrible---as in the pre-cert dept---- wasted 2 months trying to get my pain issue corrected--- nothing--- never would recommend Optim !!!!
Awful experience, wouldn’t recommended anyone here .. dr longhorn and dr haigus felt never had my best interests.. went to dr horn and got fixed after wasting a lot of time with optim .. never again
