Sharon Gulle, nurse practitioner, and staff were terrific. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days on my initial call and was seen without delay on my appointment day. At the time of my visit I had extreme difficulty in walking likely due to lifting a heavy object the week before. Sharon ordered a RX med to reduce the swelling and provided me with a walker. Dr Nicholson is a superb Dr. he is compassionate and listens to his patients. I have not felt rushed at any appointments. Staff is friendly and efficient. I would recommend Optim to my friends!
