Having major knee problems and when I called for an appointment I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The office runs smoothly and efficiently. Staff was friendly and courteous from check in to check out. My x-rays were done professionally and timely. The PA Shannon Gaulle took a great deal of time explaining my problem and the solution. The injection she gave me worked wonders. I would definitely highly recommend Optim Orthpedics
Optim Orthopedic has been helping me out for over 8 years. From my knee, ankle , back.. You name it. It’s part of being athlete. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my body’s needs. They have always helped me get better and back to my active life. It’s awesome they opened an office in Bluffton SC !!! Whatever you’re orthopedic needs may be. This is the most amazing place. With the BEST OF THE BEST!!

Optim Healthcare especially DrWoo‼️Had to have a total knee replacement for my right knee. Had my left done when still living in Ct.My doc. was great but the knee didn’t cooperate. Loong rehab,constant pain and stiffness.Found Dr Woo when we moved to SC. What a difference between the two knees. No in patient rehab or real problems besides a speedy recovery. Such a difference consequently Dr Woo made me a true believer in his excellent surgical skills. Thank you, Dr Woo

James Harrell is the most caring and professional PA! He spends time explaining things and is always positive and encouraging as well as thorough. He has a great personality as well! I highly recommend him and this facility. They even worked me in with Dr. Kamaleson when I was there and didn't even have an appointment scheduled, it was so nice considering it wasn't even an emergency.
I had a total hip replacement in July. By far best decision ever. First time in 2 years I am not limping. If my other hip gets bad I will not hesitate to do it again
