At first I felt like a number in an assembly line and was apprehensive about the surgery. I could not have been more Wrong. Best. Experience. Ever. I am extremely sensitive to anesthesia and codiene painkillers. The staff in Dr. Zehms office listened and prescribed me meds to start the night before surgery. I had a pulley release surgery on 9/17/24. With starting from the intake worker to the post op nurses I was treated with nothing but caring, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. My husband had a surgery that required overnight stay, but he started having problems getting his breath. We were there until Wednesday evening when they transported him to Memorial Health Hospital in Savanah. I just wanted to say, that all the nursing staff went above and beyond taking such great care of my husband Jeff Gowens. Shout out to two awesome ladies, Nurse Roxie, and PCT Lorrie you were amazing 👏🏼 🤩 ❤️
