I went in to today to have my sunglasses repaired, I did not purchase them from you guys but the lady working (wearing a beautiful pink sweater) was INCREDIBLE! She fixed them, cleaned them for me, and there was no charge!! Talk about A+ customer service when I haven’t even been a customer. Will absolutely be back!! Thank you :)

I broke my glasses and my lenses were not even two years old. I went to Optiks on west side in Lethbridge after two other optics wouldn’t help me and Amanda was able to get me into a frame and my lenses for no charge. Amanda got me seeing again and I was so happy. They will have all my future sight business. Thank you so much Amanda😀😀

Fantastic customer service. I needed glasses for the first time in my life, and being very picky I went to nearly every optician in the city. I didn’t find anything anywhere I loved as much as I did here, and Danielle was so helpful and patient with me. Everyone there I’ve encountered has been lovely with every visit, and I found 2 absolutely gorgeous pairs I get compliments on daily.
