Amazing staff!!! Georgia, Julian and Trish were fabulous helping choose frames, their customer service is next level. Julian helped sort out why my eyes were so irritated and sore. Highly recommend.
Absolutely lovely staff that provided genuine and attentive service in selecting the best frames. As an out-of-towner, equally impressed by the selection on hand as well for all JMM frames. Highly recommended.
Very frustrating experience. This is now the third time I’ve arrived during the advertised opening hours only to find the store closed. People plan their visits around the hours that are listed online, and closing nearly an hour early is a significant difference. I understand that things come up from time to time, but this seems to be a regular occurrence rather than a one-off. It’s incredibly frustrating to make the trip only to find the store shut. Please keep your opening hours up to date so customers can rely on them.
Lovely staff and such fun decor in the shop. I originally came in with my partner to help him pick out a new pair, but ended up leaving with my own sunnies too! They’re such a unique and gorgeous pair, and they suit me perfectly. Thanks so much for helping me find my forever sunglasses!
