I’ve been going to Optiko for years at either their City or New Farm stores. The eye tests are extensive using up to date equipment, my test was with Shauna on Saturday and she was excellent. The selection of eyewear is truely amazing and unique and I often receive compliments about my glasses when I’m out. All of the staff are knowledgeable and customer focused, Ive always had a positive experience at Optiko, thanks team O.
Visited the store while in Brisbane from London. An amazing team - extremely helpful advice and great service from the staff.
Just wanted to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to my optometrist Sarah. Sarah was able to find an issue in my sight that had been missed for a large portion of my life because of her thorough and considerate care. I have always had amazing success with my glasses from optiko and the eye checks are always thorough. My glasses are always unique and the prescription always accurate.
