Needed the new Meta glasses and saw Optika had them on socials. Shot them a DM and Alex ordered my dream pair in, only took a few days before I had them in hand! Service was on point 🙌 Alex took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He called us once they were in. Closing at 6pm is handy too! Would definitely shop there again, might even sort my own prescription soon! 😎
My experience at Optika Optometrist was exceptional from start to finish. The store is welcoming, modern and the Optika team were courteous, professional and attentive throughout my time there. The staff were knowledgeable, easy going and were very attentive resulting in a comprehensive eye exam. On top of this positive experience, they stock a vast range of glasses frames to pick from. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
My wife and I came to see Alex and his team for an eye test and glasses. Alex is a true gentleman and looked after us. He took the time to explain the test results. By the end of the appointment we got to choose our glasses and we are both very happy with our choice. Highly recommend Optika to anyone
