Super friendly, fast service from start to finish. The staff took time to explain everything clearly and didn't rush me through the exam. Great selection of frames too, and they helped me find a pair that actually fit my face well. In and out quicker than I expected without feeling like it was rushed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stress-free eye care experience in Hacienda Heights.
I had a lot of trouble seeing close objects with my regular contacts and decided on multi-focals. They were able to get me one that fulfilled what I needed.

My eye doctor is Dr.Lo , but was seen by Shannon Zhi & she did an amazing job from start to finish. Noticed I had cloudy left eye & strongly suggested for me to a schedule an appointment with my ophthalmologist & I did. So thankful & appreciate her care & concern for me as a patient.
Just took my 97 year old mom to see Dr Lo for new glasses. Dr Lo was so kind, knowledgeable and thorough in her exams. We felt very secure with her recommendations and results. We will definitely recommend Optika to others.
