Top shelf customer service. Called multiple time to discuss options for my specific application. Pete was patient and answered each question with detailed information. Listened to my concerns and addressed them fully. It is a rare occurrence now days to find this type of customer service and patience. The guys at Optics4Birding were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had given me great advice. I was set on buying a new set of binoculars that were just released but they directed me to the Zeiss SF Victory 10x42 Binoculars for a few reasons and I am really glad they did.
