Top shelf customer service. Called multiple time to discuss options for my specific application. Pete was patient and answered each question with detailed information. Listened to my concerns and addressed them fully. It is a rare occurrence now days to find this type of customer service and patience. I am now a customer and will continue to be when my needs require further optics in the future. Thank you Pete, you are truly an asset to optis4birding.

The guys at Optics4Birding were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had given me great advice. I was set on buying a new set of binoculars that were just released but they directed me to the Zeiss SF Victory 10x42 Binoculars for a few reasons and I am really glad they did. They are amazing and I can change the focus very quickly when needed. I use them for an assortment of wildlife in my backyard including bald eagles, owls, deer and various other birds. The personal and helpful customer service offered by Pete was greatly appreciated. I was impressed that I received a call to validate my order. My new Zeiss Terra ED binoculars arrived in just a couple of business days (with free shipping). This is all impressive to me, given the challenges of this pandemic.
