I love how thorough staff is with questions about your eye health and things related. Also, they are extremely patient!!! My ASD son had a meltdown at the end of my appointment (because he wasn't allowed to point to letters and help me with answers.....bad mommy lol) and they were more calm than mommy in the situation. :-)
