Genuinely bad experience. Hung up on twice, as well as made to wait tremendous wait times.
They messed up my glasses which was fine but what I didn't like is when I called to see if they were in a lady by the name of Susan kept hanging up on me I only got through when I used my husband phone they need to tell her to look at the number before she says *I still can't hear you"
