My Wife went in for eyecare 4/26/25 at refocus at 87 Grandview ave. Waterbury, and she provided a copy of her insurance. THE FRONT DESK DID NOT inform her the provider Sarah Buren's did not take her VSP vision insurance and proceeded with the appointment. A month later, we received a bill of $471 which should of been covered by our VSP insurance but wasn't since the provider doesn't take it. We had to use our High Deductible Insurance to cover some of the cost, but the Front desk should of stopped us up front that the do not... read more
