I was a customer here for over twelve years. Despite the fact that the women at the front would often be rude to me, and constantly would over book and then have no appointments for me for months after my prescription had expired, I stayed with them because it was my first and only eye doctor. This was the final straw. I had moved to Florida and scheduled an eye appointment at another My Eye Dr. that was local to me. This is the worst eye doctors office do not waste your time going here. The ladies at front desk are EXTREMELY RUDE, no class and HORRIBLE customer service... I never write reviews but what I’ve gone through going to this place made me so disgusted and now I know why they only have 1 star review.
