Have been coming here for years, what a great family owned place. Staff treats you like family and goes above and beyond for their customers. We ordered glasses for my daughter today and they called less than two hours after we left the appointment and said her glasses were done and ready for pick up! Highly recommend this place to everyone in Festus and will never go anywhere else!
This place is a joke. I went for an eye exam, had insurance, and the staff neglected to run my insurance before performing the exam. Now my credit score is being impacted for their negligence. Will NEVER use their services agian.......
