Terrible customer service, terrible treatment of the customers by the doctors and that very rude receptionist. The doctors and receptionist are rude and fail to treat the people walking in with any respect. They do not attempt to call your insurance company to see what you qualify for, they also fail to do their job. I had the insurance company on the hone with their receptionist, telling her that I was covered and they went as far to give her the proper codes. She said uh-huh and hung up on us.
