2 points just for Natalie. New to Florida but I have never heard of an eye exam remotely done. My mind was blown!! Natalie was as sweet as can be and very knowledgeable in the pre-test process. I think you need to make sure that patients are aware before coming to their appointment that it’s a remote call with a doctor. For the reason why, the doctor said to me “I’m not sure what’s going on unless I’m able to see you in person and do more thorough tests” WTH!! Isn’t that why I paid for an exam to begin with?
