I have been coming to optical outlets for about 2 years now and every time, I get helped by Natalie. She seems like the only genuine one there who cares about the customers. She’s always so busy but works fast, explains everything and is always with a smile. You don’t see that too often with people nowadays. Elijah’s customer service skills are second to none! His calm demeanor and ability to alleviate any concerns are two very strong traits!! He is all about the customer having an exceptional experience. Additionally, I had to stop into the store when Elijah was unavailable, and Natalie was extremely helpful and taking care of my needs.
This is my to go place anytime I need glasses for me or for my family, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Elijah and the doctor who took care were f my mom are great!
