I made an appointment for my mom and daughter at this clinic, and when they arrived, they were told their appointment wasn't there. It's unbelievable! How disrespectful! I got a text message with the date, time, and address of the appointment, and now they're saying it's not there!
My husband has been a long-time customer of Optical Outlet and has always been very happy with their service. Today he worked with Jeffrey and he was very conscientious and meticulous in working with him to be sure his prescription would be accurate. He has multiple issues with his vision and he took his time to be sure that the glasses would be perfect.
