Ordered my son’s glasses close to a month ago. I had to call after a few weeks because we hadn’t received any notification that his glasses were ready. The person I spoke with on the phone was even surprised that they weren’t ready yet and that the date for them to be made and ready was pushed back so far. I called this morning, 4/5/26 to get an update. The representative stated i was called on 3/27 and that they left a msg. I didn’t get and call and I have no record in my phone at all of any voicemail. We won’t be back
I had wonderful service from Optical Outlets from a lady called Natalie. The arm on my glasses was bent and she was able to repair it with no charge. I would highly recommend their services.
Stopped in with an issue with my sunglasses. They fixed the issue and had me out in no time. Very friendly staff.
This place is amazing. I came in for an exam. The doctor is good. This is my first time for contacts and Natalie was very supportive and thorough with how to put on/take off my contacts. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She was like a cheerleader rooting for me and encouraging me when it came to learning how to put them in and take them off. Interesting New Concept at Optical Outlets. They tell you the price of the eye exam after the eye exam, not before. Last week I stopped in Optical Outlet and made an appointment for today and asked if my insurance would cover the exam. He took my insurance card and then returned it. He stated my exam is covered. Today, I had my eye exam, and then was told the exam wasn't covered. If that were true, why was a price not quoted to me beforehand?
