This place is amazing. I came in for an exam. The doctor is good. This is my first time for contacts and Natalie was very supportive and thorough with how to put on/take off my contacts. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She was like a cheerleader rooting for me and encouraging me when it came to learning how to put them in and take them off. Last week I stopped in Optical Outlet and made an appointment for today and asked if my insurance would cover the exam. He took my insurance card and then returned it. He stated my exam is covered. Today, I had my eye exam, and then was told the exam wasn't covered. If that were true, why was a price not quoted to me beforehand? I have been coming to optical outlets for about 2 years now and every time, I get helped by Natalie. She seems like the only genuine one there who cares about the customers. She’s always so busy but works fast, explains everything and is always with a smile. You don’t see that too often with people nowadays.
