Everyone at Optical Outlet was absolutely professional and helpful (Ana and Eva). But Grace (that's her name) is rude, unprofessional and not friendly at all, I don't think it was just having a bad day. It's just her typical attitude. Woman you need to get a job where you don't have to interact with people! My husband and I both got glasses there and would go back again, but I refuse to deal with her and her nasty attitude again! 5 stars for Ana and Eva, 0 for Grace!
Worst experience ever at any doctor's office, office was not clean and the staff is rude they don't keep appointments with-in reason. Needless to say, I was not seen by any doctor. Also, they do not answer the phone even to make appointments.
called for the 49.95 2 pair special and the lady on the phone told me yes 2 pairs and eye exam so i scheduled appointment..went there and after eye exam was told I owed 98. dollars I said no the woman on phone told me 49.95 for everything..the employee called the call center because she said no-one there told me that and of coarse the phones were down so she said she could do nothing..what a joke..while I was there every customers that got waited on was treated rudely and with much disrespect being yelled at and voices beoin... read more

RecommendedMy experience was good.My glasses came in quickly. Experienced staff helped with my insurance to maximize benefit and helped me select a perfect frame lightweight and lens with anti glare to help with stigmatism and glare. I will go back here again.
This place is a flipping joke....they give you like 10 really ugly old pairs of glasses to pick from then tell you to "Hurry Up" when they have you pick a pair.....they dont take the time with you to explain ANYTHING when you tell them your new at all of it and cant pick something in 2 seconds.....then when you say something they have the nerve to argue with you so you get super upset.....never again will i go back to this place ������
Gives you a run around after you have issues and according to them the manager is never there. Will give you broken glasses and refuse to refund you. Shitty customer service all around
Refused to treat my daughter because they wanted us to pay up front for something covered at 100% by her insurance. We went elsewhere and found out it's their fault her eyes were hurting. Her prescription from them did not match her glasses.
Doctor was nice. His staff not so much. Your not going to dismiss my children like you something to them. Just because I made a comment to my children about the selection does not give you the right to dismiss them. Didn't even take the time to make sure they were ok. I won't be coming back ever
