They will not give me my daughters contact prescription – I took my daughter in on October 27, 2010 to get glasses and contacts. I originally gave them the wrong insurance card; which meant I paid more (ok... my fault). Then the next day I asked them to put it through my insurance in hopes that I could have some sort of credit. They said that it made no difference with my insurance. The best I have ever had – hi I just wanted to say that this is THE BEST Optical boutique I have ever been too! The staff are sooo professional, and nice. I couldn't believe how helpful everyone was especially Marsella. Thanks to Dr. Weisman, I can see perfectly with gorgeous glasses. I highly recommend everyone to go see Marsella at Optical Image at the Tucson mall. Thank you Optical Image for a unique experience. I will be back!
