Everytime I come here the staff is super friendly. Jennae helped me today (hope I spelled that correctly). I've seen her a couple of times for my glasses and she's amazing!

I had an amazing experience at optical illusions. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly. Kali explained each process we were doing as she was prepping me for the doctor. Dr. To was also very knowledgeable, understanding and not pushy at all like some other places. He educated me while allowing me to choose what I wanted for my needs. Brendan was helpful when it came to placing an order for frames and it didn’t give that “salesy” vibe. Would recommend to others!
I wanted to highlight a few people who helped me with my amazing experience with Opti-Illusions. First I wanna highlight Gina in the San Jose office. She took all the time that was needed to explain to me the process of obtaining the frames I wanted and also getting my prescription put in the lenses. I was up front with Gina that I wasn’t ready to do anything at the moment but that I would be back.
