An excellent staff and exceptional care. I don’t write down everyone’s names and I don’t have the best memory, but I want to acknowledge all three of the staff members who helped me. Kali was friendly and engaging, the gentleman who ran me through the exams was very professional and friendly, and the doctor was equally professional and explained my eye situation clearly. I’m so thankful that I decided to have my eyes checked at Optical Illusion. Every employee I interacted with was courteous, welcoming, and accommodating.
