Bought a Linderberg here for around 1000 and it turns out to be dizzy and uncomfortable. Later I noticed it’s because they didn’t measure my pupil distance.
I ordered glasses from them on a Saturday afternoon, from the San Ramon store. Later that night I realized I wanted a larger lens size for comfort and called the next morning to make the change. These are $500 lenses that I will have to live with for years, so comfort matters. They told me the lab had already started making the lenses and the order could not be changed, this was less than 24 hours, maybe they move too fast and should consider a 24 hour time gap to allow to customer changes, which probably happens many times.... read more
