My first time going to an eye doctor was with these folks and so it goes without saying I was a bit nervous and not sure what to expect, let me assure you that my expectations were indeed exceeded by the staff here…. the ladies upfront were stellar, and the doctor was everything a doctor should be: smart, confident, super fast and made me feel comfortable while being very straightforward with what I needed. In addition to giving excellent customer/client service, the doctors and office staff are very friendly and courteous. This has been my experience over the years I have been going to the Hillsdale office. Kali has been very courteous and knowledgeable about processes and procedures to insure my visits are intentional with positive outcomes. She is delightful and very efficient.
