Came in to the store to have some crooked glasses fixed. Aneela was so helpful and answered all the questions I had while straightening out my frames. Wonderful customer service! Will come back again soon.

Optical Illusions at Santana Row has a ton of fancy computers to test your eyes. The doctor knew her stuff, explained everything in plain English, and made the whole process easy to understand. I came in clueless, wearing “distance only” glasses that I constantly took off and lost. Normally I shop at Warby Parker, but I went with OI for my progressive lenses and Cartier rimless frames since they’re an authorized reseller.
