The young girl that just started did wonderful and gave me good options on what I should buy and also gave me insight on upcoming events that will happen if I happen to want another pair of Chrome Hearts.

Exceptional experience! The front desk ladies are friendly and patient. The optical manager, Gina, was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and took the time to explain my insurance benefits, complex high prescription, and why a 1.74 high-index lens was the best option for me but there is a back order. They also helped me choose frames that complemented my face. I felt informed, never pressured, and genuinely cared for. Outstanding expertise and customer service--highly recommend!
