Do not go to this store! I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life. It took 2 months for me to get my contacts after my appointment. Then when I went back to order more (Because my insurance already approved it through them) they continue to give me the run around. They told me over the phone to come in person to pay; but when I arrived they said I had to pay in cash. What type of medical office only accepts cash? Thank you for you comments Mrs. Arnold. I'm sorry if you have had trouble getting your contacts, but just to let you know, Dr. Michael Cummings is independent from Atlas Optical. He uses our office 3 days a week and we have no say so in what He does. He orders his own contacts and we have no control over when or if he orders them. Atlas does not handle or sale contacts. I went to the Huber Heights location & NEVER AGAIN! It's going on a whole month & I still do not have my glasses!!! I brought my own frame & I dont have a special prescription. In the world of glasses in about an hour how does this place keep the doors open!!

I went to the huber heights branch. paid cash for glasses. the said 2 weeks. I said COOL. two weeks came and went. week 3 I called and now its gonna be 4 weeks. this is absolutely awful. I can understand being 1 extra week late but now its 4 weeks. this is absurd. I should not have paid for glasses for them to take so long to come in.
