They were very nice! I always get my glasses here.
Staff is cool but they take way too long for glasses to come back. Private owner so they base prices off person, not value of frame.

Phenomenal experience
I recently brought in frames I purchased outside of Optical Expressions in Clayton to have prescription lenses added. I understand that I signed a waiver, but unfortunately, the frames were melted during the process. This was my first and only experience with the office, so I can only speak to this service. Based on what happened, I recommend not bringing in frames purchased elsewhere and would only buy directly from their retailer.
