I recently brought in frames I purchased outside of Optical Expressions in Clayton to have prescription lenses added. I understand that I signed a waiver, but unfortunately, the frames were melted during the process. This was my first and only experience with the office, so I can only speak to this service. Based on what happened, I recommend not bringing in frames purchased elsewhere and would only buy directly from their retailer. I was visiting Clayton on business and unexpectedly needed contact lenses. Optical Expressions to the rescue! After one phone call, Steve, without hesitation, provided me with exactly what I needed and I was back in business in a matter of minutes. Customer service and a friendly smile are top notch here. If I lived in St. Louis, Optical Expressions would be my go-to for all my optical needs.

I’ve been here for multiple years for yearly exam and contacts ordering. I love this place and the people who work here. They are so knowledgeable and tell you about all the options, manufacturer rebates, etc. Whenever I came to pick up my contacts, they came out to meet me outside vs. having to worry about parking. Recently I’ve moved and had to look for different eye doc. I learned that their contact lens pricing beats the all other places I’ve looked up. Top notch customer service and best price!

Terrible experience. I called to see if they could order frames without back order. They said yes. As soon as I showed up they said they couldn't get them I drove out of my way based on their word. No integrity.
