Had an appointment booked for a week, the day of they called to cancel it because doctor wouldn't be in. Stated they would have to reschedule with a different doctor but it would be at least a week out even though I explained I was out of contacts and needed them asap. All they could say was sorry. Very unprofessional.
They were very nice! I always get my glasses here.
Staff is cool but they take way too long for glasses to come back. Private owner so they base prices off person, not value of frame.
Only place I get my specs from!
