I am over 65. during 2020 apparently I canceled an appointment on the same day, cause COVID. now, this business refuses to see me, because they claim I owe them for the canceled visit...cause I had Covid, during Covid. i do not recommend this facility, as they seem to put money over health, and do not understand the importance of an elder staying home, with covid, during covid.
Just...wow! I'm so impressed with my experience at Optical Expressions. I called to ask if they were accepting new patients, and to my surprise, I was added onto their schedule the very next day due to a cancellation. (Talk about luck!) Every member of the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Dr. Hartnett had wonderful bedside manner and was very easy to converse with, along with clearly being an expert in her field. I've gone to Optical Expressions for the past ten years and they've always been great to me. Recently though I decided to try the VA because I am eligible for free services there... eleven months of waiting and two pairs of defective glasses later, I decided to give up on the VA and just go back to Optical Expressions. They cut me new lenses and installed them that day, and within the hour I had my glasses like new again!
