Just...wow! I'm so impressed with my experience at Optical Expressions. I called to ask if they were accepting new patients, and to my surprise, I was added onto their schedule the very next day due to a cancellation. (Talk about luck!) I've gone to Optical Expressions for the past ten years and they've always been great to me. Recently though I decided to try the VA because I am eligible for free services there... eleven months of waiting and two pairs of defective glasses later, I decided to give up on the VA and just go back to Optical Expressions. They cut me new lenses and installed them that day, and within the hour I had my glasses like new again!
