In early 2021, they lost a pair of my frames and lenses. It took a few weeks for them to admit to the mistake, and they replaced them at their expense. To make good for the loss, they also offered to upgrade another pair of eyeglasses. I reluctantly agreed. The process was taking several weeks. Great, friendly staff. Great doctors! Got my glasses done by the next day! Other places claim same day and take 2 weeks. Those of us with really stout prescription appreciate fast service. They don't even advertise it but you get it anyway. Way to go OPTICAL DISPENSARY!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Horrible experience yesterday 11/21/2016. A large sign fell on me as I filled out my son's paperwork. It hurt my shoulder blade and I didn't get an apology. Lowlife staff, Rosie is racist! She continued to place the signs o er me knowing that they had already fell by the force of the wind coming through the door. Two Caucasian females sat down close to where I had been sitting. Great place and super nice people. I was very impressed with the lady that waited on me because I am a pain with picking out glasses. :)
Thanks to the receptionist Felicia for being rude and unprofessional I will be taking my business elsewhere. No wonder they have continued to go down hill.
