Great experience, they have a fantastic selection of glasses as well as onsite eye examination. Karla was super helpful helping me choose some sun glasses.
I had a pleasant experience overall, and the associate who helped me choose my frames was kind and professional. However, I would have appreciated more personalized guidance when selecting my eyeglass frames. The conversation focused mainly on frame colors, but I was hoping for recommendations based on my face shape, frame size, and overall fit. Amy at Santa Clara Facility was very thorough explaining how different type of contact can/may work with type of eye vision, astigmatisms I have in each. Gave options and was great at answering all of my questions. Easy to make an appt also.
