Veronica was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely requesting her the next time I visit the optical department in Napa.
I loved having Veronica help me in finding and fitting my first pair of progressives! She was so nice and really supportive of my choices.
Dr. chan is personable and efficient. He seemed to understand my health issues and was very precise in ascertaining my prescription, which is a complicated one. There was a cancellation, so I got a spectacles fitting in the same visit. I am happy with the care I got.
I had a great experience for both a contact lens fitting and eyeglass fitting. And in all honesty, the eye doctor that did my vision test was really great. This is a fun, friendly and professional team that goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience is exactly what you need it to be. I have been getting my eye exam at kaiser, but always going to a local place for my glasses and I'm glad I made the decision too see the people at Kaiser. They absolutely exceeded my expectations
