Easy to make an appointment and I didn't have to wait. Good experience and I was happy I got to use my glasses. Keep in mind they were bought there and in good shape.

I walked in without an appointment, but was helped within a few minutes. I needed my glasses adjusted and wanted to order prescription sunglasses. The clinician was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and was super nice.
