Awful experience! Lost of money! I just purchased a BRAND NEW frame and took it to this place to put prescription on it. It was so weird that took over the two weeks as stated and repetitive time I called to verify my order. Never got a call back. Until finally they decided to call me to get my glasses back, guess what: THE FRAME was broken! They broke my brand new frame I haven’t even used!! Never used! Brand new in excellent condition.
