I recently visited Optical Center Fort Gregg. From the moment I walked in, Sam greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. The front desk team was incredibly efficient, helping me with my paperwork and insurance details without any hassle.
Sam was excellent today. She and her team went out of their way to make sure we received the best care possible. We will be using them for all of our eye care needs in the future. I cannot wait to see my new pair of eyes! Thanks for all of your help today Sam, you are exceptional!
Going on almost 3 weeks waiting on my kid glasses. Trying to find out an update and all I seem to get is excuses. My kid in school and needs his new glasses. I picked them because I live on post and thought it be easier on me, being local.
I've been coming here since forever, and have only dealt with Sam, she is the best. She's kind, thoughtful and genuinely cares about my sons and I.
