Walked in a few weeks ago and was greeted by a short brown haired girl who absolutely REEKED of alcohol and was unable to stand and walk a straight line. Didn't take the time to get her name just walked out and went elsewhere off base to have my glasses repaired.
The Optical Center at The Exchange offers a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and professional, making it easy to feel at ease during your visit. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during the exam, which I really appreciated. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout the process.
