What an amazing service! Such friendly and generous staff! My wife's sunglasses were missing a screw. They took their time to find the right screw and replace it and above all they didn't even charge us. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely go back to them for all our optical needs.

Sherri helped me throughout the entire process — her 45 years of experience in both the artisan and optical world really showed. She took the time to understand what would work best for my face shape and lifestyle. I cannot be more pleased with my service at Optica South Coast Plaza this weekend. I was assisted by Amanda within minutes, and she was able to fix my Acne Studios sunglasses in about 5 minutes. Amanda was pleasant and helpful. I will be returning soon!
I had an amazing experience at Optica. Amanda was extremely helpful and very nice. The moment I entered Optica, Amanda was assisting another customer and informed me that she would be helping me soon. I went into Optica to have my Cartier glasses repaired. Amanda quickly searched for the appropriate screw and repaired my glasses on the spot. I will definitely be returning to Amanda if I ever need a repair for my Cartier glasses.
