Sherri Martin is one of a kind. She took time out of her day to repair my old sunglasses as a courtesy and helped me find the PERFECT new pair. Excellent at what she does and as sweet as can be. Could not recommend Optica more!
I had a great experience at Optica in South Coast Plaza thanks to Sherri. She helped me with an adjustment on my glasses and provided a genuinely high level of service from start to finish. She made me feel extremely welcomed the moment I walked in, and it was clear she's an expert when it comes to lenses. We had an amazing experience with Amanda at Optica! My wife’s Miu Miu glasses were less than six months old and had a known issue that many other customers have also mentioned in online reviews. Unfortunately, neither the Bloomingdale’s nor Miu Miu was willing to help. Amanda went above and beyond. I came into Optica at South Coast Plaza to have two pairs of glasses adjusted. One was a wire frame, which Sherry Martin fit perfectly right away. The second was a heavier acetate frame, and she went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer to confirm the adjustment could be made safely before making any changes. I really appreciated the extra care she took to avoid damaging the frame. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Sherry and the team at Optica.
