What an amazing service! Such friendly and generous staff! My wife's sunglasses were missing a screw. They took their time to find the right screw and replace it and above all they didn't even charge us. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely go back to them for all our optical needs.
I had an amazing experience at the optical boutique inside South Coast Plaza. This was my first time purchasing high-end eyewear, and the service was beyond excellent. Sherri helped me throughout the entire process — her 45 years of experience in both the artisan and optical world really showed. She took the time to understand what would work best for my face shape and lifestyle. I cannot be more pleased with my service at Optica South Coast Plaza this weekend. I was assisted by Amanda within minutes, and she was able to fix my Acne Studios sunglasses in about 5 minutes. Amanda was pleasant and helpful. I will be returning soon!
