Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not come to this place under any circumstances. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and constantly tries to pressure you into buying unnecessary products. Their attitude is awful and completely unacceptable. This place is poorly managed, and the manager seriously needs to step up and fix what’s going on here. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time.
The eye doctor is awesome!
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The eye exam itself was fine, and the staff seemed professional at first. However, things took a bad turn when they showed me the glasses after my results. None of the frames were to my liking, and the prices were extremely high. I decided to leave with just my exam results, and that’s when the receptionist showed a very poor attitude. The doctor answered all questions I had related to my eyes. Profesional staff, Bilingual, Helpful and informative. You get what you chose, they don’t pressure patients to buy anything they don’t want. I recommend this place.
