Efficient and polite appointment setting, in time for the appointment and Dr. Chew took his time to ask question and the exam was absolutely comprehensive! I found out more than I ask for about my eyes, excellent experience, also pick my frame and lens which should be done in a week or so!!! Oh, most importantly, they go thru what I can get from my insurance plan and exactly how much out of pocket of me!!!

Great service, good communication options such as being able to text the business instead of just the traditional calling, and email as well. Recently they use Optomap that scans your eye and if your eyes are healthy, they wont need to dilate your eyes, using those special eyedrops. Lots of frames [though most are pricier side] but if you have good insurance, it helps to reduce these costs Parking is free available on the street on Broadway, or nearby residential areas
