If you’re thinking about glasses you need to go to here., They were just amazing!! !! I took m 86 year old mother there, Through vsp insurance. They were so accommodating and took the best care of mom while she was there. Making sure she was secure through all of the tests. Even helping to the car. They have handicap parking next to building which really made a difference. They’re the best!!
There are few things one appreciates more than going to a new Dr.’s office and being treated with such graciousness, warmth, friendliness and professionalism simultaneously. Oh, and efficient and helpful. Dr. Florendo is a consummate professional, and I felt very comfortable during my entire exam. I was having a hard time choosing frames amongst the many, and her staff patiently assisted me, and gave excellent advice, too. My very picky daughter agreed when I sent her the pic! I’m happy with my new optometrist!
Dr.Florendo is great. Always makes sure she answer all your questions. Besides manera is always the key and she has it. Office staff is extremely personable knowledgeable and welcoming.
