When I first left my 1st visit at Optic One Eye Care I would have given it a great review, however, now if I could do less than one star I would. When I was waiting I did look at the glasses in the optical store because it is generally my preference to buy my glasses where my exam has been done. I couldn't see one pair I even wanted to try on. The people are very friendly and they took the extra time to make sure I had the best Rx for me. That took an extra visit or two but they wanted to get it perfect and it was included in the original contact fitting cost so I wasn't charged extra. Nice!
I've been a patient receiving excellent eye care from Dr. Lindauer for over a decade now. I appreciate the team being so friendly as well as the thorough explanations given when treatment changes are presented. I chose to leave a review celebrating improved vision since starting to use contacts.
My daughter has gone to this doctor for a long time but her last visit was a joke. She left with totally crooked and loose glasses, I paid out of pocket when I shouldn't have had to and even ended up having to wait an extra week for the crooked pos glasses because they "screwed up the first pair." Trying to reach anyone in the office is impossible and the staff sucks. The doctor is brilliant and we'll miss him but the rest of the business is trash
The best doctors. After being misdiagnosed by numerous terrible doctors and strung along by healthcare crooks this doctor and son were spot on and provided the best care. I highly recommend this office. 👍😎 Thank you.
