I’ve been a patient here for almost 20 years, and the care has been exceptional every single time. Mel is incredibly thorough and always take the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. The staff (especially Jamie) is warm, professional, and helpful from the moment you walk in. Dr. Lindauer has taken excellent care of my eyes for years; he and his staff are welcoming, professional, and responsive to any and all concerns. I can honestly say I look forward to eye appointments! ETA: I want to give particular praise to Jaime; she's been such a wonderfully calming presence to both me and my wife that I can't imagine Optic One without her.
Great staff !!!! also was very pleasant place all around and I will be going back if needed!
