We’ve been going to Optic one for many many years with our kids and have always had a great experience whether we were there for a regular exam or if we had an emergency eye concern. The doctors really care and their staff is professional.
Had an absolutely great visit! The doctor listened to my concerns about my eye health and some medication I was taking. He was very knowledgeable and understanding! I felt heard and I will be recommending this clinic to everyone!
They didn't verify my insurance when I gave it to them over the phone and filled the paperwork out ahead of time. I took time off of work to go in for my appointment for them to tell me they don't take my insurance.
Bad experience. My daughter was seen by the optician, she repeatedly answered that none of the optics she was looking at were clear and they were all blurry. She repeatedly told him this and he disregarded her comments. She was never sat down to order glasses or contacts, we left immediately after she came out of the room because she had been texting telling me that she was not comfortable with the way he was evaluating her. My daughter should have 100% of her eyeglass/contact benefits left as we did not utilize any of them.... read more
Myself and Dianna have been seeing Dr lindauer for years, he's the best doctor I've ever seen for on my eyes. He is friendly, courteous upfront honest and he'll take time to listen and answer any questions you might have. All the staff, Jamie, Reia, Ashley and Maci are all awesome to deal with, great personalities and lots of fun. They help you out, answer any questions, just a great bunch of ladies. I would highly recommend Dr. Lindauer's office to anyone.
