The customer service is amazing. The team is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough and she answered all my questions. I felt extremely comfortable with my entire experience at the optical location in Manhattan Beach. I continue to come back to this location for all my optical needs and visits because of the great service.
Melanie and Dr Tran were so patient with me getting my new contacts in and out. In the past, at a different optometrist office, I had a very stressful and negative experience so I was so nervous to try again. They both were so positive and encouraging and Melanie really kept it light and even fun. She literally said to me, “I’ve got until 5 to help you” and it was 10AM! Just what I needed! So very grateful!
