I will give a 5 star rating to Optic-Kleer. Service was very prompt and of very high quality. At the same time, I also want to add that the cost for the windshield restoration work was very reasonable. Also some tips were provided which included not taking the vehicle for car wash. There was attention to detail as well as there was a cable hanging loose behind the front mirror, it was secured to stationary position. Loose cable was related to remote starter. Optic-Kleer needed to do some follow up work on my car and they were super friendly and accomodating throughout the process, going the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. I would definitely recommend them.
I had a smallish crack in the windshield of my 2012 Mercedes-Benz S350. I tried several other glass companies and they all required replacing the windshield at a very high cost. Eric was able to repair it. You can't tell it had a crack in the windshield and performed at an extremely fair price. Highly recommended for all automotive glass services. Outstanding!
Highly recommend!! Eric was able to come out and fix our cracked windshield that Safelite didn’t think was fixable! Overall great experience - the best prices we found and amazing customer service - you seriously can’t beat it. We will never go anywhere else for windshield repairs!
