Superb customer service. We came in during their lunch break and took care of us. Highly recommended
I had a wonderful experience at Optic Gallery. The optometrist and the entire staff were amazing, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and they were so patient with me, and provided excellent care. The service was amazing. I truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. I highly recommend Optic Gallery to anyone looking for outstanding eye care..
John and Efraim were super helpful in getting me new frames when mine got broken on short notice
I tried fixing my glasses I bought online and failed miserably, I walked in here and Efraim fixed them within seconds…very courteous staff and will definitely come back for further eyecare needs..had a great stock of amazing looking glasses here
