Have you seen the movie Smile? The doctor smiles like that and that scared me during. She talks with the smile always on, cheeks high, it was more creepy than friendly, sorry Dr. F! She is a darling sweet girl and applying what she's learned. The staff was friendly though a touch pushy on the upsell like there's commission to be had.
