This was my second visit for my son and the service was horrible. The girl named Joselyn at the front desk was extremely short and her energy was horrible as if she didn’t want to be at work. I really don’t understand how people work in reception or customer service and don’t have any sympathy for the people they are there to help. We arrived about 5mins after the 10min grace period in there so called policy.
