My experience with OPTI Staffing has been nothing but positive. They are currently working with me, since I have health difficulties, to find a position that I can manage. I have been treated with the utmost courtesy, and recommend this company.
This is a horrible organization I was out of work after losing a good Outside Sales position. I went to Opti to find some temporary manual work to get me by until I landed something good. These guys sold me a bill of goods and hired me to work internally for them. This place is a total joke. Their slogans are purely rhetoric. They charge companies almost twice as much in fees, to provide the same exact candidates as other staffing services. I think I was there two weeks before someone was fired.
