I just had my first visit to this office and I have nothing but good things to say! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. I was taken ON TIME with no issues. They looked up my vision insurance policy and gave me all the information I needed to pick out glasses. I will come back to this office and will now have my family make appointments here too!
After making a appointment for 230 and another 245 when arriving i was told my appointment isnt there this is poor service ,at the watertown store and i would have to wait until 10 / 31 for another one .if u want good service dont come here.
Rude and Arrogant staff. Came in for a checkup and to get new glasses and I asked to pull up my past records to see which prescription type I used in the past because the MD failed to let the other staff know. I got my glasses and they were totally wrong so I went to let them know about their mistake when I was confronted by the rudest worker their (a lady with long black hair and glasses) and she said that we didn’t look at your chart close enough but still is your fault. Updated 9/29 MyEyeDr Corporate and local location reached out to me. Requested photos, and my script, which I sent over. They offered to replace my glasses. I initially wasn’t sure I trusted them to get my progressives right, give my experience. I did agree, they went beyond replacing my lenses and gave my a pair of frames comparable to the pair I owned (my choice). Never go here! They don’t know what they’re doing. I needed my frames adjusted, they’ve been loose, I thought, awesome! They’re open. I’ll ask for an adjustment. I’ve used myeyedr before, but did not get my current pair from them. The woman did not adjust them properly. I thought at first she had streaks of cleaning solution that wouldn’t come off, she offered to “try a different cleaning solution” but returned and I pointed out the odd lines and explained they’re blurry now.
