I have been going here since they opened (local eye doctor for years and years) and I had issues that were resolved with them and yes I would give 5 stars but one thing that changed is that they do not accept my insurance provider anymore. I have health issues and the insurance I have is the best and not being able to use it due to them not accepting it at this location anymore is not right at all. The doctors are good but very rude staff in the front. I asked in July if I could be tested for reading glasses & I was told to pay for an exam which is not cheap or until my appointment the end of January. This is not the first, second, or third time the staff was very rude to me. I gave it three stars because the doctors are nice & they take my insurance but I may be looking at the other options who take my insurance.
I just had my first visit to this office and I have nothing but good things to say! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. I was taken ON TIME with no issues. They looked up my vision insurance policy and gave me all the information I needed to pick out glasses. I will come back to this office and will now have my family make appointments here too!
